Smile for the nice policeman, John

John Daly spent last Sunday night behind bars after reportedly getting so drunk he passed out at a Hooters bar (that one where the female staff where orange hot pants) in North Carolina. Concerned bar staff called paramedics but Long John refused to go to hospital, so the local fuzz took him under their wing and let him dry out in a cell.

Daly has a well-documented history of alcoholism, so we hope this is a one-off incident, rather than a sign he’s fallen off the wagon again.
