Scot wins fifth tournament of 2008
Is any sportsman hotter than Andy Murray right now? Probably not. On Sunday, Murray swatted away the challenge of qualifier Andrey Golubev, 6-1 6-1, to defend his St Petersburg Open title - a tournament win comprising of five straight-sets victories.
That’s five tournament wins this year for the Scot Brit, 12 consecutive wins, and 23 wins in his last 25 matches. The Times wonders if he’s the most dangerous player in the world.
