All-American girl meets all-American jock

Jessica Simpson, the generic prom queen made good, is one half of middle America’s golden celebrity couple. J-Sim’s boyfriend is square-jawed Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, who is the king of sporting jocks across the pond. Together, they make a disgustingly healthy, tanned and successful couple.

They started dating in November 2007, and are still going strong. According to Simpson, the couple are ready to start a family “pretty soon”. She wants six kids, which, hey, is the same number of points Tony gets for throwing a touchdown pass.
