Murray’s heroics in the US Open have elevated him to the ranks of A-list sports star. The bumfluffy Scot has joined the undisputed big three in men’s tennis - Roger Federer, Rafa Nadal and that other guy… er, Novak Djokovic. As such, he stands to rake in an extra £10m a year in advertising and sponsorship deals. Who knows, if Gillette (The Best a Man Can Get, apparently) wave a big enough cheque in front of his face, maybe he’ll opt for the clean-shaven look.
